Being VIP is a world of its own

Everyone starts with a standard membership at crex, but regular players have something much better waiting for them. Once you join the VIP program, every bet and game session earns you points directly — and those points are what push you up to Gold, Platinum, or Diamond tier.

As a VIP member, you'll enjoy benefits that are hard to find anywhere else — withdrawals processed in as little as 3 minutes, a personal account manager who speaks Bengali, and weekly cashback offers of up to 40%. Every BDT you spend matters here, and every game session brings you closer to your next reward.

Crex's VIP system is designed so that even new players can climb the tiers with ease. No separate application needed — just play, earn points, and your level advances automatically.

VIP FAQs

Questions Our Members Ask Most

After logging in, head to the "Promotions" or "Offers" section to view all current and upcoming deals. New weekly offers typically go live every Monday, and monthly VIP bonuses refresh on the first of each month. During special events like Eid, BPL, or the World Cup, exclusive flash offers also appear — these are only available for 24 to 72 hours, so check in on time. Keep push notifications enabled and you'll be alerted on your phone the moment a new offer drops.

In the "Responsible Gaming" section of your crex account settings, you'll find several practical tools to help you stay in control. First, the Daily Deposit Limit — set a maximum amount you can deposit each day or week. Second, the Session Timer — you'll be logged out automatically after a set period of time. Third, the Betting Loss Limit — once you've reached your loss threshold for the day, no further bets can be placed. Changes to these limits take effect after 24 hours, so in-the-moment decisions can't undo them. For more details, Responsible Gaming View page.
